We created a new brand identity for the Peacocks mobile app, designed to unite loyalty and ecommerce in a single, intuitive experience. The ambition was to make the app not just a functional tool, but a central brand touchpoint that added genuine value to the customer journey.


Creating a Connected App Identity for Peacocks

Our digital team led the end-to-end app design, defining the UX and UI from the ground up. User flows were carefully structured to make browsing, purchasing and accessing loyalty rewards effortless, while the interface design balanced clarity, accessibility and visual appeal. The UI system was built to be flexible and scalable, ensuring consistency across screens while allowing key content, offers and product stories to take focus.

To support adoption and future growth, the team developed comprehensive brand guidelines for the new app identity, setting clear rules for tone, layout, typography and visual language across all touch-points.



Bringing the App Identity to Life Everywhere - From App to High Street

Once the app and identity were established, the design team rolled the new system out across the wider ecosystem — from physical loyalty card design and social launch creative through to in-store activation and POS. This ensured the app experience was clearly signposted and reinforced on the high street.

The result was a cohesive, end-to-end launch that strengthened brand recognition, improved usability and positioned the app as a key driver of engagement, loyalty and conversion for Peacocks, both in-store and online.
